Aquarius Apartments is owned by Harald von Wallenberg who resides in Germany. The family visit the building several times a year to discuss on-going projects and future considerations. They are very pro-active in maintaining the integrity of the building. Their interest and support is appreciated.
The Building is located in the heart of James Bay, 10 minute walk to Ogden Point, downtown, and James Bay Square, which houses Thriftys (open 24 hours), coffee shops, and several boutiques. Banks, drugstore and restaurants are nearby. We are also on a major bus route.
Building has secure intercom and fob entry, coin operated laundry, upgraded gym, sauna and secured bike storage. Open and/or covered parking available at reasonable rates. All of our units are spacious, have fridge, stove and window coverings. Heat and Hot water are included. Cablevision (Basic plus tiers 1, 2 and 3) is also provided but could be terminated upon 30 days written notification by the Owners.

Aquarius Apts recently transitioned to a non-smoking building and is in the process of obtaining the designation of a certified crime free building.
